Like physical healing—emotional healing takes time. The body has all the necessary ingredients to heal the body, likewise the mind—conscious and subconscious—has all the ingredients to heal one’s emotional wounds. The key is to know what and how to focus on these emotional wounds.

The timing of healing or success of any kind is not determined by any person or factor outside you. Like all things in life, the secret of emotional healing is: What you believe is what you get. The old adage, “What you sow so shall you reap,” also comes to mind.

If you anticipate healing to be long, difficult or impossible, it will be. If you anticipate emotional healing to be available, easy, fast, it will be. As Henry Ford said, “Think you can, or think you can’t, and either way you’ll be correct.”

The process to emotional healing doesn’t ask whether you have been in pain for 30 minutes or 30 years. Emotional healing is available in the ‘now’ moment. Well-being is our natural state, and the subconscious mind is continually seeking to return us to it. What hampers total well-being is not some outside agent - genetics, virus, mysterious germs—it is internal emotional resistance.

All pain - physical, emotional or spiritual - begins and is maintained by a factor of ‘pushing against.’ As you release your resistance, healing rushes in. Your subconscious mind pushes your conscious mind to be healed and constantly moves to accomplish that; it simply awaits the conscious mind’s cooperation.

The most effective and easy way to know what and how to focus on emotional wounds is therapeutic hypnosis. Therapeutic hypnosis is a special form of communication to the subconscious mind, where all habits are established and memory is stored. Because the language of the subconscious mind is visual, the more detailed your image is of your goal, the faster your subconscious mind will create the healing you need to achieve peace of mind, reach goals and create the life you deserve.

Driving a route you are familiar with and not being conscious of every turn you make is similar to the hypnotic state. Therapeutic hypnosis is more effective and works more quickly than psychoanalysis or behavior therapy.
