just a further foot note. jill & kevin set up a website in order for people to help support an organization whose mission it is to help end domestic violence.

this song was performed by the artist Chris Brown. who was the the guy that beat the hell out of Rhianna, another singer, & the story was widely reported on.

having such a large audience of viewers, they chose to direct the attention to raising peoples awareness of domestic abuse. wonderful !!!!

Hi Pjay, that's so true. One of the many effects abuse has on us is that it suppresses our ways of expression. We stop being us in order to conform to other people's expectations. I love this video because you see creative and happy people who are not afraid of being themselves. I'm glad you liked the video, and I appreciate very very much your comment =)

wow, this is so cool !!! this is not totally unrelated at all.

what could possibly do more to feed our inhibitions & nurture our fears of self-expression more than the scourge of abuse ?????

what could take away all the freedom & playfulness that came so naturally to us when we were once children, as much as the cold & mean spirit of abuse ?????

i believe that people recovering from abuse are naturally drawn to anything (or anyone) that gives to them this freedom to express themselves.

we were born with this joy inside us. even Christ said "Truly i say to you, except you.....become as little children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven." here!! here!!
